ABOVE THE CLOUDS of Blue Ridge, formerly with Black Bear
Cabin Rentals, is a perfect getaway for a honeymoon couple or a
gathering of six family members or friends. This beautiful,
well-maintained cabin has breathtaking views of year-round
sunsets and on many mornings one can look down and see
mountain tops peaking out from a blanket of fog giving one the
awesome feel of being ABOVE THE CLOUDS. Enjoy sleeping
peacefully ABOVE THE CLOUDS in our 3 bedrooms (two king-size
and one queen-size log beds) outfitted with top -of-the-line Jamison
mattresses which are found in Marriott Hotels, high thread
count sheets, and comfy down alternative pillows. Three large
bathrooms are located adjacent to each of the bedrooms and the
master bath features an extra large Jacuzzi bathtub and walk-in
closet. You will enjoy using DSL High-speed Wireless Internet
and watching satellite TV, DVDs, or VHS tapes on our three large
flat screened TVs located throughout the cabin. We have over 30 family
movies on hand for your viewing pleasure. Other cabin features include
6 rocking chairs and porches with lovely views on three levels of the
house, a hot tub, a cook’s kitchen with a dining area for 6, a wood
burning fireplace, a finished basement with a pool table, a CD player
and full-size washer and dryer.

3 night Minimum for October & Other Holidays
4 night Minimum for Thanksgiving, Christmas & 4th of July
Our nightly rate is $ 185 for 1 to 4 Guests; there is an additional charge for
Guests over 4 with a maximun capacity of 6; there is a 10% lodging tax
Sorry, Smoking and Pets are not permitted in our Cabin.
