Tank/Fire Wood, Advise and/or Order per Owners Instructions  Check Supplies and/or Restock on request of Owner Check for Leaks, Repairs, etc. (advise and/or Handle per Owners Instructions) Check Grounds for Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, Debris/Tree Removal, etc., and advise Water Lawns and/or Plants, as needed Notify Owner of any Pest Control Requirements  Meet Repairmen, Pest Control, Delivery Men, etc., at Owners request   Storm Damage and/or Winter Checks, and advise A Trip Report to Owner via Email (Above Services such as Lawn Maintenance, Pest Control or Propane Tank Top-off and/or Replacement can be handled automatically for you on a weekly, monthly or quaterly basis.  Additional Trips, Services and/or Purchases on your behalf will be due in advance or billed accordingly). Please note - Services can be arranged to fit your individual needs.  Call or email me for Pricing   CONCIERGE SERVICES   Concierge Services will include but are not limited to the following items: Upon request and advance notice, assist in organizing Cabin Rental availability for large groups Meet Renters and Collect Rental Contracts and Fees for Owners Make Bank Deposits for Owner Pick-Up and Deliver Dry Cleaning Consult/Advise you on how to setup your own Cabin Rental By Owner Program Consult and/or assist you with Decorating of your Cabin or Home Assisting you with the hiring of Contractors, Maintenance or Cleaning Personnel Arrange for pick up and delivery of Flowers, Balloons, Wine, Fruit/Gift Baskets, Birthday Cakes or Groceries Arrange to meet with Repairmen, Maintenance Personnel, Deliveries, etc.  Assist in organizing of Special Events (advance notice required) (Please note that fees for Concierge Services will be negotiated and agreed upon by both parties in writing, prior to services being performed.  These fees will include a Trip charge, Labor for Services Rendered and any Purchase Amounts due).  Call or email me for Pricing
